The Great terrace cafe Lolita Pluma
This mixed gay cafe bar is named after the most popular character in the city of Las Palmas G.C , Lolita Pluma (1904-1987), as a homage. Next to the door, there is a painting on the wall showing a portrait of her.
She was a lady who spent all her time in the Parque Santa Catalina, feeding her street cats and selling chewing gum to tourists, who were taking pictures of her at all times because of her behavior, the extravagant way she dressed up, and her peculiar make up. She, who brought the life and joy to the park, will always be in our memories. all in all a nice place to meet up with friends for a coffee or a beer.
